The https://ashroq.financial website (the "Site") comprises various web pages operated by AshRoq Financial ("AshRoq"). https://ashroq.financial is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the "Terms"). Your use of https://ashroq.financial constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully and keep a copy of them for your reference.
https://ashroq.financial is an E-Commerce Site.
We offer financial services including bookkeeping, payroll services, tax planning & preparation, audit services & consulting. AshRoq Financial may also offer credit-related consultation and credit improvement services where permitted by law. Credit-related services are subject to additional federal and state disclosures as required by applicable law.
Electronic Communications
Visiting https://ashroq.financial or sending emails to AshRoq constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email, and on the Site satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
Your Account
If you use this Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or transfer your account to any other person or entity. AshRoq is not responsible for third-party access to your account resulting from theft or misappropriation. AshRoq reserves the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in its sole discretion.
Children Under Thirteen
AshRoq does not knowingly collect personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use https://ashroq.financial only with permission of a parent or guardian.
Cancellation / Refund Policy
You may cancel subscription-based services at any time. Any cancellations made after three (3) days will not qualify for a refund unless otherwise required by applicable law.
For credit repair or credit-related services, federal law provides a separate three (3) business day cancellation right from the date of contract signing. That cancellation right is governed by the written credit repair agreement provided to the client and supersedes this general cancellation policy where applicable.

Credit Repair and Credit-Related Services Disclosure
If you enroll in any credit repair or credit-related service offered by AshRoq Financial, additional federal protections apply under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. §1679 et seq.).
Important Consumer Credit File Rights
You have a right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. However, neither you nor any credit repair organization has the right to have accurate, current, and verifiable information removed from your credit report.
The credit bureau must remove accurate, negative information from your report only if it is over seven (7) years old. Bankruptcy information can be reported for ten (10) years.
You have a right to obtain a copy of your credit report from a credit bureau. You may be charged a reasonable fee. There is no fee if you have been turned down for credit, employment, insurance, or a rental dwelling because of information in your credit report within the preceding sixty (60) days.
You are entitled to receive a free copy of your credit report once every twelve (12) months from each of the nationwide credit bureaus.
You have the right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the Credit Repair Organizations Act.
You have the right to cancel your contract with any credit repair organization for any reason within three (3) business days from the date you signed it.
No Advance Fees for Credit Repair Services
AshRoq Financial does not charge or collect payment for credit repair services before such services are fully performed, as required by federal law.
Any fees related to credit repair services are governed by a separate written agreement provided prior to service commencement.
Service Limitations
AshRoq Financial does not:
Remove accurate, current, or verifiable information from a credit report.
Create or advise the creation of a new credit identity.
Guarantee specific credit score increases.
Guarantee removal of any item from a credit report.
Credit improvement results vary by individual circumstance and are not guaranteed.
Consumers may dispute inaccurate information directly with credit reporting agencies at no cost.

https://ashroq.financial may contain links to other websites ("Linked Sites"). The Linked Sites are not under the control of AshRoq, and AshRoq is not responsible for the contents of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. Inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement.
Certain services made available via https://ashroq.financial may be delivered by third-party organizations. By using any product, service, or functionality originating from the https://ashroq.financial domain, you acknowledge and consent that AshRoq may share such information with third parties as necessary to provide the requested service.
No Unlawful or Prohibited Use / Intellectual Property
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use https://ashroq.financial strictly in accordance with these Terms. You warrant that you will not use the Site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
All content included as part of the Service, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of AshRoq or its suppliers and protected by intellectual property laws.

International Users
The Service is controlled and operated by AshRoq from the United States. If accessed from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AshRoq, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third parties from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration under the Federal Arbitration Act and administered by the American Arbitration Association.
The arbitrator’s decision shall be final and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver
All arbitration shall take place on an individual basis. Class, collective, and representative actions are not permitted.
Liability Disclaimer
THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
ASHROQ FINANCIAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE.
Termination / Access Restriction
AshRoq reserves the right to terminate access to the Site at any time without notice.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and AshRoq regarding the Site and supersedes all prior communications.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect.
Changes to Terms
AshRoq reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will supersede all previous versions.
